About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My partner Erin and are are brainstorming on how to start a yoga farm. I am also looking at Grad Schools in Transpersonal Psychology
ABOUT ME
I have been enthusiastically studying Hatha and Taoist yoga for over eight years in the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikkram, Yin, and most recently Qigong. In the summer of 2005 I facilitated a yoga workshop for African refugees in Zambia, and founded a yoga program in the African camp. I received a degree from Prescott College in East/West Psychology, and am pursuing a Masters degree in the emerging field of subtle energy based psychology that combines elements of cognitive psychology with new thinking in mind, body and subtle energy theories, including electromagnetism, acupuncture, and yoga. I have an amazing girlfriend who I live with and love. I love music and good conversations.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to stay mentally clear, physcially strong, emotionally sensitive, and spiritually active. I find that life is an opportunity to fully experience every moment to the fullest. Whether I am sky diving or waiting in line at the bank I attempt to accept the beauty of it all.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hmmm....I love great literature. I read a lot. I love to read non-fiction as well--specifically psychology or eastern mysticism. I love reading biographies too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the summer of 2004 I helped to pioneer an NGO called FORGE (Facilitating Opportunities for Refugee Growth and Empowerment) which is now an official implementing partner of the United Nations. I co-creating and facilitating programs with African refugees, including a yoga program, a solor oven workshop, and I helped to teach about HIV/Aids. I lived with a small group and we had no electricity or running water for four months. Through this experience I gained skills in group facilitation, and conscious group living. I also gained experience working with people from other cultures who speak foreign languages.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an experienced yoga instructor. I am always open to sharing my explorations with others. I would love to learn more about organic farming.
