I spent the last years working as a freelancing teacher and running a Zen Center in the beautiful town of Dresden, Germany.
Now I want to open up for new experiences....

Started being on CS because I was looking for a couch.

Back home I stayed on CS to offer my couch.

Then I didn't actually have a couch to offer any more... but kind of forgot that I am still on CS.

And now I am looking for a couch again ;)

Interesses

FOOD
I love food and everything connected with food - especially vegan food.

MUSIC
I played in a punk band when I was a teenager and in a samba bateria when I was a bit older. Still later I got into psytrance.
.... generally I love music, percussion, dancing and singing!

MEDITATION/SPIRITUALITY
I spend 5 years living in a Zen Center (and in the end kind of running the place) and practised zen meditation very intensively, attending long retreats, becoming a dharma-teacher etc.
Now zen is still the core of my practise but I am increasingly opening up towards other forms of spiritual practise, too.

Sitting long retreats (i.e. 28 days of silent meditation) has every time been an amazing experience for me.

However it takes much less to blow my mind!
