I am Sina an openminded, german girl that grew up in Portugal and loves to dream big as well as to spend moments of happiness and freedom. I enjoy spending time with people from all over the world, getting to know new things and exploring nature :-) All in all I am happy to be on this planet and to have the opportunity to enjoy as much of my time here as possible :-)

Right now I am planning a trip through Namibia and maybe some visits to South-Africa and Botswana. I am crazily excited, as traveling to Africa is one of my childhood dreams :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the idea of people all over the world providing themselves with beds and also think that this website is really helpful to travelers, as well as a perfect opportunity to have nice experiences with new people :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I could not chose, so here are two amazing things I have done :p

When I was spending two semesters at the University in Lisbon and it was Christmas, I prepared a bag with some food, sweets and something to drink for a homeless man that I used to see every day on my way to the university. :-)

Once I slept in the back of a car with a good friend of mine - we parked or car with the backside to the beach. In the morning my friend opened the back of the car so i could hear the ocean and the sun was directly shining into my face while i was still lying unter the warm blanket - this was one of the most beautiful moments in my life <3

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach new things to people, or explaining them stuff, also I like to learn stuff myself a lot :-) In my opinion it makes up a very important part of life and makes it so exciting.
I could teach you some german or Portuguese words, how to play guitar or to skate and a bit of german cooking :-P
