ABOUT ME

I am a 51-year-old male who is married to Robyn Funk. We live in Montrose, Colorado. We have no children and love to travel, hike, bike, camp, drink great coffee, pursue cultural interests and generally explore.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is about doing things and not just thinking or hoping to do things. Meeting new people and exchanging ideas, experiences, and beliefs is the key to a better world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When someone opens up their home they initiate great conversation and shared experiences. Conversation and contacts are the key to more humanity and understanding.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have recently been surfers for the first time! . We have hosted around 40 times through CS and about 25 through Warmshowers.org and hope to do it on a regular basis.
