I'm a cook who loves to travel. Cooks don't usually get the opportunity to travel much. I quit my job to make this happen because it was a dream deferred. Part of that dream is to learn to pull noodles (la mian) in China.

Starting November 16th, 2016 I'll be traveling Asia. It's been a dream for a while. Now it's happening. I'm excited. :)

Cooking/Eating - It's what I do. My mother and family solidified my interests in food. I grew up with mostly Cantonese and Vietnamese flavors. Most of my friends were Mexican and Filipino growing up. I like cooking vegetables.

Skateboarding - One of my first loves, don't skate like I used, but I still I love rollin' around. It's all bout the feeling I get from pushing that wood. That's where I developed my love for music, travel, and cinema.

Music - I love listening to great music. I love live shows.
