As my name suggests, I'm Sindija, but you can call me Cindy. A bit about me: I grew up in Latvia, but for the past decade, I've been living in Sweden. Honestly, it's a bit difficult to describe myself, but I'll give it a shot.☺️ I'm someone who loves trying new things and exploring as much as possible.

I've been actively using Couchsurfing since the summer of 2022, and all I can say is that it has definitely changed my life. I've met people whom I wouldn't have met otherwise, visited places I wouldn't have seen otherwise, and experienced things I never imagined.

I really enjoy traveling and meeting other true, pure, real travelers like myself. My own travel journey began in 2021 with a 6+ months long trip across Thailand and Sri Lanka during covid times. Since then, I've had a travel bug in me and I have solo travelled for couple of months in India, Nepal, Spain and shorter non travelling visits in other countries as well. 🌍👢

I've sacrificed a lot to be able to travel the way I do, and it has been quite hectic and spontaneous at times. However, I've also learned a lot thanks to traveling and exposing myself to different cultures, activities, environments, etc.

I love engaging in deep conversations, and I might philosophize a lot.😅 Also, I have many interests, so sometimes it's hard to keep up with my pace of life – sometimes really calm, and sometimes really, really hectic.🚴‍♀️🐕⛰️📚👩‍💻🗺️🧘‍♀️🕉️🤿🐬🏞️⛺🏄‍♀️🐆🌃

I value self-development, learning and exploring new things, long meaningful, deep conversations, nature, hiking, and much more. 💫

In my opinion, one of the best schools you can ever attend is traveling, the real pure traveling. 🌍 I am a fast walker, so if we meet, don't hesitate to tell me to slow down. 😄
