I am from a place called Kvinesdal in the south of Norway, but I have been living in Oslo for several years. The place is close to Ekeberg, so I have green areas next to my apartment.

I am more intellectual/rational than emotional, and more introvert than extrovert, but I am open minded, easy going and a good listener.

I like to have conversations about different topics.

Among my favorite conversation topics are biology, history, philosofy, languages, psychology, world views and politics.

Among activities I like to do are different kind of exercising, stretching, massage, just relax, to sleep, listen to music, play guitar, sing, compose music, read, write, watch movies and documentaries, explore places, hiking, to sleep outside, and of course traveling.

I have recorded four albums that are available online.

I have also written a book about chickens.

In periods I will decline all requests. That means I need a break.

At the moment I have no room for two or more, unless you can sleep on the balcony.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I like traveling, explore places I haven't been and meet people that might become friends. I also like to meet couchsurfers here in Oslo, both those who are visiting and those who just want to meet up or do some activities together.

It may vary how much time I can spend with people visiting here, but I prefer that those who are coming don't think it is kind of a free hostel. They should offer something in return. It could for example be to buy take away or buy/make some food we can eat while we watch a movie, listen to music or have a conversation.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I like good quality music, and that does not depend on genre. But I like best classic rock/pop, alternative rock and progressive rock. My favorite bands/artists are U2, a-ha, Pink Floyd, Mew, Radiohead, Metallica, Jeff Buckley and Johnny Cash. I still buy CDs from my favorite artists. But I am not a hipster, so I am not into vinyl. I also listen to EDM, classical music, modern pop, dream pop etc.

I like different types of movies, but I prefer drama, action, psychological thrillers and horror movies. And of course classical cartoons. I have a lot of DVDs and BluRay-discs in my apartment.

I have a high quality audio system for playing music and movies in my apartment. I can turn the living room into a kind of cinema.

I mostly read about things that interest me, and that is a lot of things.
