About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To not get osteoporosis

ABOUT ME

Since graduating college all I wanted to do was travel. I would work for a year, travel for a few months, work again, travel again. I did this for the past 5 years, ending with a job working as an observer on a scallop fishing boat in Alaska. Now I have reached the time in my life where I want to stay in my hometown and put down roots. I have my family and friends here, I work at a farm where I get delicious vegetables, I enjoy getting to know everything about my town and my city. I would like to host people and share my knowledge of the area with visitors!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't leave fun to find fun

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I'm Here (a short film about robot love), A Single Man, The Shining, I Am Love, When Harry Met Sally, Matilda, etc.Books: Firmin by Sam Savage was my favorite book until I read Slaughterhouse-Five and fell in love. Kurt Vonnegut is the best! I always like a good pessimist. I despise flowery writing.Music: Music that makes me want to dance is nice. I especially like bluegrass/folk music, the saxaphone, and New Orleans music

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Experiencing the magic of the northern lights in Sweden.Tramping throughout New Zealand.Watching dolphins swim through bioluminescent plankton from the bow of a ship (at night of course)

Countries I’ve Visited
