About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to go places and DO things, force myself outside my bubble because i have SO much fun when I do!
ABOUT ME
I'm very outgoing, passionate, and clever. I've started doing one trip abroad a year, and I'd gladly do more if I could afford it, but for right now, that's my limit. Learning new things is one of my favorite activities, or hobbies. I spend far too much time reading, and I have a bicycle older than me that I spend nearly as much time riding around town.
PHILOSOPHY
If life gives you lemons, say "fuck the lemons" and find some oranges. and vodka.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love watching movies, especially weird odd ones with subtitles. Francois Truffaut is marvelous. But I like Quintin Tarantino as well.
Mmmmmusic I nearly cannot live without. I have my dance mixes, which are essential, and then my staples like Regina Spektor, the Beatles, the Horrorpops, the Sahara Hotnights, the Hives, Lily Allen, and Bad Religion.
My favorite author is Terry Pratchett, beyond any shadow of a doubt, and I cried when I learned he has Alzheimers. I also love Douglas Adams, Mercedes Lackey, Philip Pullman, Margaret Atwood, Sherwood Smith, Rumiko Takahashi, occasionally Laurell Hamilton if i feel up to it and...my guilty pleasure. i love romance novels. but only if they're well written. Like Lisa Kleypas and Eloisa James.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I stood on the Cliffs of Moher and fed a rook from my hand!
Teach, Learn, Share
Well....I love baking, with a passion. I like experimenting with new things to make and share and discuss, and playing with the ratios of butter to flour. :) Butter IS amazing. And I can make roasted red pepper Hummus like a champ. and some BANGIN' guacamole. Plus homemade ice cream! Or if you'd like, we could discuss the subtleties of Terry Pratchett's satire, and how it differs from Douglas Adams and Kurt Vonnegut.
