ABOUT ME

I have moved about a bit in the north of England but seemed to have settled in Leeds. I've done a fair amount of travelling but there is so much more I want to do and see. I am hugely interested in world culture, society, politics and philosophy but also like to just hang out and watch films.

treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. I don't think this can ever go wrong.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've not used couch surfing for a while but have mainly hosted when i lived in York and surfed in Moscow. I'm hoping to meet some new people in Leeds and do a bit more surfing and hosting soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a selection of people and made some friends, and definitely learnt about different culture.

Intereses

My main interests are improving myself through enhancing my mind. This includes reading, watching arthouse films and meeting people with a different viewpoint and upbringing. I work in social housing and enjoy the work I do and the chance to make a small positive difference.

I think just being in places like China I found amazing because it really challenges how you communicate and what it feels like to be a stranger or in a place where nobody knows you
