Ive been living a nomadic lifestyle nearly 10 years and now I'm looking to settle down !!

My ideal place will have rainforest/rivers, waterfalls, far from most people but close to some good ones. Cheap to buy, off grid, and just all around beautiful ! Know a spot ? I'm interested .
