ABOUT ME

- i am a positive minded person, i have big dreams, and to achieve them i plan to do it one small step at a time.

- dont really have a skill that i can brag about or show off, but my friends say that i am good natured and will always be there to help.

-i like to teach, especially teaching stuff i think i am good at.. unfortunately, i am not someone with many skills that are worth teaching :P

still, i love teaching kids or teenagers as i believe i still have a heart of a teenager!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i would love to surf because traveling/backpacking alone is really depressing & lonely to say the least. it is hard to even take a self portrait with a nice background.. my mum complains that i have too few photos of myself :D

i look forward to also host & help CSers whenever i can as i am currently studying. will do my best so everyone can get the most out of CS :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i'm really new to CS. been hearing from people, and recently met a CSer during a backpacking trip. and i finally decided to give it a go !

Interests

- i love animals. dogs, hamsters, exotics.. i love them all. i used to keep a ball python, a hamster and a siamese fighting fish. however, i had to put em all up for adoption before leaving to uk for my studies.

- i love meeting people, learning about cultures, extreme adventures, hiking, strolling on a beach.

- i enjoy food, all kinds of food. would like to try some exotic foods too ! tried the Balut in vietnam and loved it!

- occasionally bars, pubs, clubs. not good at dances, prefer the music

Music, Movies, and Books

movies/shows: man vs wild, river monsters & some other discovery episodes.. any kind of movie is good, kinda like those with zombies.. heheh

music: indie, oldies, pop.. latest hitz, chinese songs..
books: harry potter & stephen king..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

have never really been to many places but:

- a vacation with my family to Lake Toba, and put a night in the middle of the lake of a volcano

- trip with a best friend to cambodia, which was an eye opener. i got to know friendly tuktuk drivers and they shared their stories about life in cambodia.

- climbed the highest mountain in south east asia when i was 17. not sure if i can still do it now...
