Hello!

I am a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher from Wales but living in Liverpool. I have been living in this great city for three years now. I've recently completed a trip around India which has been amazing! I spent a lot of my time there teacher and practicing yoga.

Before my India trip I was working for S4C, this is the Welsh language Television channel. After a few years of working here I decided there was more to life and packed my bags to travel India. I studied film and photography at university, this is my passion and I never go anywhere without my camera!

I'm a very active person, I love being outdoors, going on long walks, climbing, Swimming but I also enjoy taking time to read and meditate. I'm a very laid back, up beat and easy going individual who is willing to put his hands to anything. I really enjoy working outside, learning languages, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I take joy in the small things that life has to offer.

I love French films such as The Intouchables, The Diving bell and the butterfly, Amelie etc
I love adventure films like Into the Wild. I really like all of the Studio Ghibli Movies

I read a lot of philosophical and Buddhist books, anything by Thich Nhat Hanh. Again I really like adventure books such as Seven Years in Tibet and Into Thin Air

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This summer I hiked for 21 days to Everest base camp which is 5330 metres above sea level, definitely the best experience of my life!
