ABOUT ME
Teacher of English, music blogger, loves dogs ;) I'm a quite outgoing, simple and sensible person. I like to hang out at a pub, drink a beer and talk about anything. I guess that's my perfect free time activity - just being and exchanging opinions with interesting people. I find seeing new places and meeting new people one the best experiences life offers. Although I'm a bit of a faint-heart sometimes, I like to challange myself and throw myself into new life situations. Just to check if I'm able to deal with them.
Currently I teach at primary school - kids aged 6-12. I enjoy it a lot since it reminds me how different life looks when we are young. Kids can teach us just as much.
PHILOSOPHY
"Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth." - M. Twain

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my life. Soul, hip-hop music - Jill Scott, Raphael Saadiq, Theophilus London, De La Soul, The Roots...-> http://www.lastfm.pl/user/soulsistah. I collect CD's and always and everywhere look for music stores. But I enjoy live gigs the most - festivals, concerts, any shows. I'm the creator and editor of a big polish website about soul music -> http://soulbowl.plWhen it comes to movies I'll watch anything (because I love cinema) and most of it I won't like :) but to name a few movies I did enjoy: "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", "The Notebook", "Amelie", "Fight Club" - there's no genre I prefer. I don't like horror flicks. They don't make any sense to me...I do read but I'm not a very ambitious reader so don't ask me about Hemingway or Proust. I like crime/thriller novels.
