About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To learn what I can from the world around me, and the world within me.
ABOUT ME
I have a deep interest in the world, though I usually read more than travel. I love good conversations more than anything and will put off just about anything in order to follow a thought with someone else on my level. I study history and philosophy, but consider myself an amateur with a love of human thought and development. I like to be silly but can be serious when it's necessary. I can live on coffee and peanut butter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Haven't done much yet but looking to host, be hosted in the near future!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't had the chance yet to do much couchsurfing officially, but have had some amazing experiences where people have let me stay at their house while traveling. While traveling In Germany, in 2010, I was lost and unable to find the hostel I was supposed to stay out. I met a local who not only offered to find the hostel for me, but offered his couch when the place turned out to be all filled up (despite what the website had said). It was a great experience and saved me some money, which is always a bonus!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was about twelve, I traveled with my father and sister to Orlando, Florida for a few days. One the last day, my dad took us to the Kennedy Space center. I saw the Saturn V rocket, and was able to meet Buzz Aldrin, a personal hero of mine as a kid. I'll never forget the experience of seeing those massive rockets, and of realizing just how incredible a thing it was that we as a species had actually made it to the moon.
