About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be happy

ABOUT ME

I am a traveler by nature and am not sure where I feel most at home. I have moved around a lot in the past few years and am looking for a place to settle, at least for a while! I've worked for NGOs in Africa and the Caribbean and have recently relocated for Mozambique for work. I plan to be here for 2 years.

PHILOSOPHY

Be the change you wish to see in the world. -Ghandi
Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today. - James Dean.
Ama la vida que vives y vive la vida que amas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a few people's couches, hosted some others, and generally met great people through CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was couchsurfing before I knew there was a term and website dedicated to it. I remember meeting locals and expats in many countries - Mexico, Costa Rica, Laos, Kenya, Mozambique - who opened their doors and their lives to me. I also hosted people when I lived in Kenya and the Dominican Republic. I recently joined CS and have surfed couches in Canada and Ireland - both great experiences with wonderful hosts!
