originally from all parts of new york state (born in the suburbs, raised in queens, weekends upstate on a horse ranch, and moved to the cool part of brooklyn as an "adult"), now a happy left coast resident, enjoying beautiful portland oregon. definitely missing some things about the east coast, most notably good chinese food, more direct communication, and DIVERSITY, but portland has some GREAT things (beer, bacon bourbon ice cream, a violin playing chicken, and a late night mac n cheese restaurant, to name some).

i am hard of hearing, but wear a hearing aid. i'm fiercely stubborn but honestly just like to help people and be a good resource. i can be a bit introverted at times, but warm up easily. this also means, i am happy to stay up all night talking to you, but also TOTALLY get it if you are too tired or overwhelmed to be social. we have a couch and a private room available, depending on when you arrive.

we have children, but they dont live here full time. if you are concerned about kids, let us know and we will confirm their status for your dates.
