My name is Siri, I am 24 years old and from Berlin, Germany. Last september I started studying in Lund, Sweden, which is an exciting experience!

After my studies in Central Banking I worked for one year for the German Central Bank as a project manager. I realized I don't want to spend the rest of my life in this professional field, hence I quit my job and spent seven months discovering the beauty of South America and its people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the idea of meeting people in their hometowns and get to know their way of living. I think Couchsurfing is a great concept to enable communication between different cultures and sharing experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the greatest things I did was the visit of the Addo Elephant National Park in South Africa. It was an incredible experience, driving through this park and seeing all these wild animals in their natural habitat.
Another very valuable experience was traveling through South America on my own for 7 months. The people I met and the experiences and memories I made exceeded my expectations!
