Hi all,

I was born and raised in Strasbourg, a Germanic city in France, but I then moved to Paris' area. I studied at the Sorbonne University and at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, holding several diplomas in History, International cooperation and Political science.

I am currently living alone in a big flat, in the very central part of Algiers close to Emir Abd el-Kader square. I can both accomodate and make you visit the city, as well as providing much info about the country and its cities, having a long experience in living in Algeria.

I think of myself as a very friendly and helpful person, at least I try to be. I am interested in meeting new cultures and people from different nations.

I am very attracted to history too, and when I visit foreign countries it is absolutely necessary to see their ancient heritage; monuments of the past centuries (and millenia!) as-well as old streets and buldings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been hosted by couchsurfers a few times when I was younger, I just like meeting new people and share our experiences.

By the way, 2 nights is usually the longest time I can host couchsurfers.

Interests

I like cultivating myself, it includes reading and watching all kinds of scientific documentaries about history, geography (I love maps!), astronomy, or biology-geology, etc.

I adore travelling of course. I can speak 3 tongues, although my English is not perfect.

I also like nature and animals; green valleys, snowy mountains, sandy and rocky deserts, wild forests, rivers and lakes, are all fascinating in my eyes !!!
