Former US Navyman, going back to school for international relations and language studying (Spanish and French currently). I've traveled a lot throughout the US and a bit in Europe, Africa, and India. I'm always ready to make new friends and experience new places.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always looking to make new CS friends in the places I travel, as well as looking up events and hopefully attending on a regular basis. Now that I'm in the full swing of things in Philly, I can host, which is cool.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just recently saw Her and loved it. Good Will Hunting might still be my favorite though. I like Radiohead, David Bowie, Tom Waits, too many more. One Hundred Years of Solitude is probably my favorite book. Reading for grad school has me unable to leisurely read these days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went skinny dipping in Berlin on a Sunday morning with about 8 strangers. Then we got breakfast. The breakfast, man, was it awesome.

I can paint a house pretty well, I'm multilingual, I have been known to cook some good food.

I can cook pretty well. I can also help with housework and errands, because, you know, I am domesticated and such.
