ABOUT ME

I'm from Bretagne (Britanny) the west part of France. I love crêpes and galette, cidre, travelling, sailing ... I can help you learning french, discovering Britanny gastronomy.
I really like the philosophy of "Treat other like you would like them to treat you" (sorry for the approximate translation). And that's why I always try to do (^_^). Make people feel comfortable at home, share meal, story, and giving tips on how to discover the best of London.
I always try not to bother my host when I travel, and tend to be quite easy going I think (^_^)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm quite new to CS. A few years ago I had one guest in my flat in PAris and it was a really cool experience. Then I meet my wife and the flat (that was already small) became too small to host more people, so I had to pause CS. Now that we moved to London and are lucky enough to have a quite big living room we want to start again (^_^).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nearly none. As I said above I hosted one person back when I was single in Paris, and then nothing (^_^).

Interests

My wife, one of the most intriguing and profound person I know (^_^), I wish I can help making our life full of interesting travel and discoveries for a long time !

I work in computer science and generally love it for many reason, but the most important one is because it's a new area, where we have a lot to discover, and it let you express your creativity in many ways.

I also like photography and piano (I'm still learning).

My favourite film would be Lord of the ring, I know it's cliche but I read the book I don't know how many time when I was a child, and the film adaptation is pretty good (^_^), not as goo as the book but pretty damn close (^_^).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Find my second half and marry her !
Living in a japanese family for a few months (^_^)
Living in Mexico (for about 1 year) and learn Spanish there.
Living in London (1.5 years and counting)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Depending on the kitchen and available product in stores I can cook various kind of Britanny/French meal: galette (with Buckwheat flour), creps, "souffle au fromage", ... The list can be long (^_^).
Also happy to spend time with host visiting town, sharing lunch / dinner, climbing (outdoor or indoor), walking/trekking in parcs.
For people curious about photography I can also help with how to take good picture at night, good picture of fountain / waterfall / moving water, theory of photography etc.
