I can teach you how to eat a plate of tortelli cremaschi, how to cook a risotto or knead a pizza (and also how to eat them of course, I'm very good at this kind of demonstration). I can teach you how to fill a glass with red wine and how to make it disappear right after! I can teach you the base of salsa and bacata :) or how to balance on skates (not after the wine though!)
