Born on 29th January 1981. Sivaprakash is an experienced person with more than 7 years of IT experience that spans across Training, Software Development, Project Management, Quality & Testing.

Siva’s strengths have been process and people management along with expertise on his communication.

Basically a post graduate in Computer Technology, Siva has acquired his skills while he has been working in technical and quality aspects and has various certifications related to Quality & Technology.

He was with Keane for more than 5 years and has handled various responsibilities within the organization. He has been a key participant and a lead in most of the key process initiatives within the organization. He was with HCL Technologies for 2 years.

All the Seven Years in IT, he was getting exceeding expectations awards.

He has groomed many of his subordinates into different roles and has acted as a mentor to many budding IT professionals within the organizations.

A versatile result oriented and self-motivated contributor having delivered significant results in key Business Development, Customer Relationship Management positions in the last 15 years.

Turned to be an entrepreneur in Jan 2010 and started his own venture Crosswoods happy Holidays and the core project is Travel, Tourism & Hospitality. There is a steady growth from its inception. Within 7 years it has grown to greater heights.

Instrumental to start New Ventures Voitto Consulting Services & Happy Journey Travels.

Siva currently is heading the Global Operations in Crosswoods happy Holidays and is also in the Management team.

Besides official responsibilities Siva is also a key participant in most of organizational fun and social responsibility related activities.

Currently, he is the President, CIT Computer Technology., Alumni Association.

Active member & in Management Core Committees for Bannari Amman Alumni Association and he is in the governing body.

Associated with social organization Round Table and was Treasurer, Round Table.

An active Rotarian and being with Rotary Royalz Pollachi, He is the Chair Person for the Services Projects for the year 2016-2017.

A mentor and Advisor for Western Ghats Coir Industry, Ananndha Bhojana Catering, Biene Technologies, Inborn resources, Greenfield Exports, ISR and various other companies in diverse fields.

Crosswoods Foundation and Voitto Foundation has been started to develop the society for a better place to live for the future generation.

Siva is a good organizer and loves to spent his free time with kids, hence he actively take them to Trekking, Day Trips, Family Trips. He takes personality development classes for kids, He teaches in a play way method for kids in both Math & English. He does all the above for free of cost and ensures happiness is guaranteed to kids. They attend Siva’s trainings with smiles on their little faces.
