ABOUT ME

I am a bubbly and cheerful university student from Singapore, currently studying Economics, who is easy to get along with and always open to new opportunities. I love meeting new people and getting to know their perspective of whichever country they live in, usually giving a very personal view of the world.

I have lived in Singapore my whole life, but I truly enjoy every chance i get to travel. I always travel during my summer holidays, with a dream of traveling the world, of which right now I am attempting to backpack through as many cities in Europe as possible.

Interests

I am interested in experiencing the sights and sounds of cities that are more locally flavored, rather than crowded tourist attractions. Hence, I value the idea of couch surfing, giving foreigners the opportunity to meet local people and experience life in a country through the eyes of a local and get the local perspective of a city. While traveling, I prefer to walk because I feel that it puts lesser pressure on me while traveling and allows me to immerse in the local culture better and experience the essence of the city.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and television shows such as Grey's Anatomy, Fringe, Modern Family, Suits, Sherlock Holmes. I am also an avid sportswoman, playing softball, floorball and hockey. I also love outdoor activities, and embracing nature through activities such as hiking and trekking. I also like photography, as I feel that it allows people to capture your perspective of beauty, for others to see.
