About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Expand knowledge about life and about the world. I want to travel and explore as many places as possible!

ABOUT ME

just finished my master's in clinical psychology. I am really into mindfulness meditation. I practice it, teach it, and use it with clients. I love running and hiking and exploring outdoors. I bartend and love food, wine, and craft beers. I lived in New Zealand when I was in college and fell in love with traveling. I taught English in Ecuador for a brief time and have also traveled around Southeast Asia and Europe. My goal is to explore as many places and encounter as many new cultures as I can. I learn and thrive through novel experiences and through meeting people. I am easy-going, laid back and really just want to have fun and explore new things all the time!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life to the fullest at every minute. I never turn down opportunities to do something new and unique. I want to feel that if I died tomorrow I will have done everything I could in life that was an effort to experience as much as possible about the world and other people.
