Hallo allemaal!

My name is Sjoert from The Netherlands, I'll teach you how to pronounce my name once we meet ;-). I'm an easy going, happy and open-minded guy. I'm interested in new adventures and all the incredible things the world and its people have to offer. That's why my girlfriend and I have just quit our permanent jobs to start exploring again. It's not the first time I will be abroad for a while, after my studies I decided to leave my rainy country to find the sun and the warmth of beautiful South Africa for a while. After that I moved to Spain where I met my (Spanish) girlfriend with who I will be traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In januari 2018 I will start a one-year travel across Central and South America together with my girlfriend Ane. Our plan is to not plan to much and really experience the daily life in each country. Couch surfing is a great way for us not only to meet fellow travelers but also local people!
