ABOUT ME
The best thing about "new" is everything it contains .. excitement, unpredictability, nervousness, happiness, and potential. It's a collaboration of emotions that will make a new experience so enlightening. Which leads me to .. well, me. I love new things. New opportunities, new people, new laughs and new experiences. Other than that, I'm easy going and always up for adventure. I like having fun (I mean, who doesn't?) And jamming of course .. I play classical guitar, viola and violin. If you play music, we'll play music. As for the regular stuff, I am currently an Environmental Studies Major at New York University - livin' and learnin' the way New Yorkers do!!
PHILOSOPHY
Our time on earth is unpredictable .. so let's make the most of it. Life is about adventure, experience, and spontaneity. It's about the people you meet and the experiences you have. With an open-mind and an open-heart, one can accomplish anything. But above all else, I truly believe in positive energy. A bright spirit will attract good people, good opportunities, and great overall life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I have done, or rather do, is teach children (some of them very afraid of the water) how to swim. I have been a lifeguard/swim instructor for 4 years now at a summer day camp. Basically, I teach campers how to swim and help improve their strokes. But when it comes to the 5-year-olds who have little to no water experience, their progression from lifejackets to deep water swimmers over a 6-week period never stops amazing me.
Teach, Learn, Share
My Dad taught me one of the most important lessons in life: Never fear the world. “You’ve got to see it, breathe it, and live it, Sarah. All those people out there, all that life and culture… just take it all in. Be who you want to be and go where you want to go. Don’t miss a thing.” Inspirational words that can truly speak to many.
