i was in a place which i found interesting for myself a time ago.
i learnt what is flow. what "challenge yourself" means.

if u find it disgusting to kill the fish - do it.
if u find it hard to run 7 km up and down the hill - do it.
if u find it warning to jump into water from 5 m high springboard - do it.
if u find it shameful to sing or dance - do it.
if u find it stupid to hug someone u don't know - do it.
if u find it boring to read a book - do it.
