ABOUT ME

I'm what some people might call a fire-cracker, I'm passionate, a little bit wacky, spontaneous and curious about life in general. However, I'm a Pisces, so I often find myself lost in thought over a song or a book, and I love to have long conversations over good red wine. I love immersing myself in different cultures, trying to learn the language, eating the food, living the local lifestyle instead of following a tour group.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted once or twice and met up with a few CS and had amazing experiences overtime! I traveled around Europe, staying with some wonderful couchsurfers along the way. I hope to host some people in South Africa, my home.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Well visiting Brazil was pretty amazing, it completely changed my outlook on life and helped to heal my broken heart at the time.
I filmed a series of EU projects for social and economic development in South Africa and saw that there is actually a lot of good in the world.
Swam with a whale shark in Mozambique.
Sang jazz in London on my birthday.
Zip-lined through the Tsitsikama forest in Knysna, South Africa (30 feet off the ground!)
Traveled around Mozambique five times
Traveled France, Italy and Holland
Traveled to Mauritius to meet long lost family
Explored Tanzania & Zanzibar, which was amazing!
Bali was life changing for sure! A spiritual and fun packed trip!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

well I don't know about skills/knowledge (except maybe a few photography or film making tips and the odd pasta dish) but I can promise to share everything I know and love about South Africa with you: there are so many beautiful places to see and cultures to learn about and I make a point of helping every traveller make the most out of their trip to my country.
