About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To conquer the world one couch at a time.

ABOUT ME

I love hiking, watching the stars, pretty much anything outdoors. The world and life makes sense to me when I am in the outdoors.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel to witness the most beautiful sight alone will make it nothing more than a dream, but to witness it with another, then it becomes a reality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I have had only one. I met a CSer randomly at a bar down in San Antonio. We had some drinks, and then gave her a mini-tour of downtown San Antonio. She is the person who turned me on to this website, so thanks Iza.

Interests

Photography is my passion. I love the outdoors. Mountains. Hiking. Snowboarding. Stars. Camping. Wine. Meeting new people from learning about new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Audio waves: Nirvana, Tool, Explosions in the Sky, Tiesto, Baaba Maal, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, the Doors, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Ludovico Einaudi, and of course Bob Marley. Honestly I love almost all types of music.

Visuals: Natural Born Killers, Seven Pounds, Sin Nombre, Let the Right One In, Close to Home, SLC Punk, The Bang Bang Club, and others I can't think of.

Words aligned right: all the Harry Potters, Child of God, Island of the Blue Dolphins, War of the Rats, Hamlet, and I will get back to you on more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't name narrow it down to one:

I've jumped from a few air-crafts in flight.
I witnessed a beautiful tropical storm come in from the Gulf of Mexico while on a pier, it was amazing.
I also got to see the 2002 Olympics in SLC.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can make good Chamorro style pork-ribs and chicken ;) I can help you learn how to snowboard if you wanna learn.
I can help you dread your hair too :D
I also like to share art. Trade an on the spot piece of mine fore one of yours. If the best you can do is a stick-figure, then I will proudly display it.
I'm willing to learn whatever someone is willing to teach.
I'd also like to learn more hiking/alpine climbing, and rock-climbing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Cambodia, Iraq, Mexico, United Arab Emirates
