Dancing and singing a lot. Practicing awareness of my thoughts and feelings. Beeing onest and self responcible. Learning more about my mental, emotional and physical patterns and how to let them go. Beeing less shy. Sharing gifts i got from life with my brothers and sisters. Taking care for each other and support others in finding their truth. Spreading love.

ABOUT ME

I have 3 wonderful children (two sons and one daughter) and I spend most of my time with them when I`m not working. I love to invent beautiful wooden toys for everyone. Things I like to do: contactimpro, meeting people, playing music and singing chanting, dancing, practicing yoga and meditation, walking, enjoying nature.

PHILOSOPHY

make little signs that say yes! and post them all over your house.
