CURRENT MISSION

The traveling bone calls and I will give into temptation. I will feel the flow and follow the river through rapids and calm lakes. If I find a pleasant beach I will rest, dine in my cooler, and play a mean game of washers or maybe shoes.

ABOUT ME

I am from Colorado and love the outdoors. I grew up skiing, playing soccer and smelling the high peaks of Grand County. I enjoy meeting new people and love to share my experiences and tell stories (I really like to tell stories). I also enjoy the night life, partying and bars, or just watching the moon rise and the stars come out.
Just graduated from CU with the MS in engineering. Now I am satisfying my traveling bone by heading to Australia and New Zealand. Let the adventures continue!! Ha ha ha

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing, and so far I think it is the greatest thing ever. After sliced bread of course. I would love to host you if I have the chance. When I am not hosting I will be surfing, so lets share stories and share worlds.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not surfed myself, but I have lived with surfers. It is these wonderful people who have opened my eyes to such an incredible world.

One of my more recent experiences was with an intriguing duet of fire performers. (thats right you know who you are and if your reading this, thanks for the great time). The first night they arrived, they decided to perform for us in the back yard. It was an amazing spectacle of spinning and eating fire. After the performance, they let me try my luck with spinning fire. Even though I singed a few hairs, the experience of the dance could not be described with mere words.

I have walked the desert in search of a beach. Wrestled through mountains to find peace. Felt true weightlessness while soaring in 0g, and heard the gentle ring of an alpine lake as it was struck ever so slightly by the sky.

So I love sandwhichs more than the average person. I have been slowly perfecting a long list of superb sandwhichs which I will one day use to open one of the most epic sandwhich shops. The top two sandwhichs currently are the "American Hander" and the "Titan". I am always interested in trying new sandwhichs and learning new techniques. But I feel the best sandwhichs are those which are outside the norm, well balanced, and designed with creativity.
