ABOUT ME

Marianne:
I am a curious person and like to try out new things, meet new people and explore new places. I have a high power of initiative.
It's easy for me to like and enjoy other people!
I am social but also enjoy my own company and have no problems traveling alone or being on my own. I'm independent.
I am calm, trusty, well organized and I'm thinking ahead before I say or do something.
I am not a party-girl and I don't feel comfortable at discos or nightclubs.
Humor is very important for me.

Mats:
Mats is social and interested in meeting new people. He likes to hear about other peoples lives and is very talkative. He loves humor, to laugh and to tell yokes! He is direct, honest and not afraid to tell his opinion.
He is more intensive than calm, more talkative than quiet and more restless than still.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have opened our home for cs-guests and have also got the opportunity to meet other surfers in other countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted three surfers and have had the pleasure to meet and stay at three CS-members. It was fun to have a surfer in our home and to meet CS-members on my trips. It gave the whole trip a new dimension!

Interests

Marianne:
The most important is to be with my husband and friends. I love stories: peoples stories about their life, biographies,literature, movies, theater, listening to stories.
I also like to travel by my bike, walking,
kayaking, visit cafés and restaurants, the Middle Ages, cooking , baking, traveling, photography, clothes, design, ceramics and a lot of other things.

Mats:
The most important thing for him is music, especially jazz.He also plays the piano in a jazz group called Jam Station. In his sparetime you find him playing the piano,rehearsing with the jazz grupp, at the gym, in front of the computer or reading or watching the news.

When my husband and I promised each other to share our life with each other at our wedding.

Mats: Of course I say the same as my beloved wife.

It's not my goal to give you a lecture, but if you are interested in something you can always ask. Especially about theology and how to cook and bake. I like to learn about other peoples experiences, lives and thoughts, photography,other countries.
