CURRENT MISSION

I've just completed a years travel in North America and Europe and had a great time. I would like to stay in touch with the backpacking scene by offering up my couch!!

ABOUT ME

I'm into the outdoors and the ocean. Camping, fishing, spearfishing, snorkelling. Good food, good company. I'm laid back, enjoy a laugh and get along with most sorts. I want to learn to kitesurf but as of yet I've been to scared to try.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I've just completed my 12 month North american and European Odyssey and am back in good old Exmouth for a fix of summer and some spearfishing and to save the pennies for another epic trip Im planning to South/Central America. I only surfed four couches on my trip but had a great time doing it. So Im throwing open my home again to anyone to get a true Australian experience and a free bed for a night or two. I'll attempt to show you around if I have time otherwise can point you in the right direction.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have hosted a couple of surfers and would have liked to host more but at the time I was too busy with work, university and planning my world tour. Those that I have hosted have been a pleasure to have in my home. Those that I have said no to, I apologise but its been hectic. Ive surfed 4 times around the world and have nothing but positive experiences and stories to tell.

The environment, I'm not a radical greeny but I'm into finding ways of doing things better. Particular interest in renewable energy and environmental technology solutions. Plenty of other interests too.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I swam with a humpback whale a couple of years ago. Ive just spent a whole year just travelling! Ive seen the Aurora Borealis in arctic Norway! Can't think of much that beats that at the moment.
