Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

trying to make new contacts:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For the last 2 years I've been traveling a lot, mainly around Europe, so I've met many interesting people in different countries. My first CS experience was in Brussels in 2009, where I had a good host William:)While studying in Portugal I hosted people from Germany, Latvia, Britain... and in summer 2011 while traveling in the UK I found good friends via CS.

Interests

I am interested in the whole world :). I love the sun, forest, sea, flowers, summer rain, snow, morning dew, sunset, starry sky ... (perhaps all this can be called a romance!:)
also sports: basketball, swimming, tennis, etc., I cannot live without music!
I also love to read, travel, learn foreign languages...
and cooking... and riding a bicycle.

Music, Movies, and Books

mostly I prefer movies with a deep idea, showing some difficult situation or relashionship or just feelings..and also movies about "philosophy of human being" (if I can call it this way)
movies: "What dreams may come", "Casablanca", "The Notebook", "Babel 2006","Sweet November", "Jeux d'enfants", "Mar adentro", "Biutiful", "The green mile"

music? hhhmm...I listen to almost all kinds of music...have some favorite popmusic, I also like jazz, blues and latina music.

books: Colleen McCullough "The Thorn Birds", Bulgakov "The Master and Margarite", E.M.Remark "The black obelisk","Time to love and a time to die", G.G.Marquez "Love in the Time of Cholera"; Milan Cunder "The unbearable lightness of being ";

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't say I've done something extraordinary... maybe one of the moments of my life I remember pretty well is a night spent with my friends on the roof of 16-storey building in the centre of Kyiv, and watching the sunrise.
Also, among the places that impressed me I could name Petra in Jordan.

Teach, Learn, Share

teach: salsa (cuban style); cooking different Ukrainian dishes:)
learn: it would be amazing to learn to play piano; and painting; and also not to be afraid of height and jump with a parachute one day:)
