About Me

Borders are only in our minds and don´t really exist. No nation no border. We all are the same and should live in respect to other creatures no matter of their origin and appearance.

Im studying Environmental Science and Technology and my girlfriend Ezgi is studying International Forest Ecosystem Management. We both like psychedelic art and music. During the week I do work in the university in the soil science department in addition to my study. The weekends we both work in a international well-known club at the coat check.

#####You would like to visit Berlin?#####
If you want to be hosted by us please send a personal message with information about yourself, your expectations of your stay, what do you want to do or see here in Berlin. We try to live in respect with the environment as much as we can so we are avoiding palm oil products, plastic packing and big company food. We buy local food, eat a lot of vegetables, no meat and go to supermarkets and backeries in the evening to take food from there which they would bring to the bin not because its too bad to eat but too bad to sell for a good price. We dont do that according to save money but to save our environment. You can not imagine how much food is wasted every day all over the world. Its so f***ing much. Thats foodsharing ;)

We live in a non-touristic, family friendly area which had a very bad image years ago so you might read that our district called Wedding is not save but thats not the case these days but sure was 15-20 years ago. All visitors like to stay in the district Friedrichshain Kreuzberg because its the trendy area but its very expensive to live there and there are lot of tourists. If you want to go there it will take you about 20 minutes with tube from our flat. A supermarket is about 5 minutes walking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To explore the world and their cultures. Getting in touch with people from all countries. Only if we gonna know each other the boundaries in our minds will get down.

Interests

We love cooking, so we would be very happy if we might cook together some traditional food of your country. My girlfriend can make turkish food and we often cook Ayurvedic vegan food.
We would also be glad to hear stories from your travels and share memories and music with you.
