To meet locals and save more? I'm a light traveler and would like to convert $ to KM (meaning, use the money to travel further instead of stay at luxury places).
I can only research and study so much on one place I'm visiting through the internet/books. But to know to the deep down of the local culture, only way to find out is through the local :)

Only when meet we can know what to teach, learn, share by our own interests. It really depends on individual, aren't you agree with me? But basically, I'm a tech savvy, so, like quite a few things on technologies. Taking photos of the moments, etc....
