ABOUT ME

(Which is the hardest text to write...)

I'd say I am an out-going, open-minded person. Usually I like to talk a lot but can be totally quiet when listening to good stories or music. Friends tell me I'm funny and very curious (which is true). Oh, and as far as I'm in a good mood: I giggle a lot. So if you got a few bad jokes nobody laughs about - I'm your man! :))

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I still have not participated that much as I could not find the time for couch surfers so far. Maybe I should overthink that as it is always nice to meet people from other countries and as my flatmate and me have a comfy couch in our living room. I'll think about that! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The (few) ones I had were all together positive as I did not just always find a nice and friendly place to stay but also people who went out with me for a beer or who had daughters who wanted to see me as a visitor of their school play. (which was probably best: feeling welcome in a foreign country.)

Music: I'd say mainly Indie, Brit or rather just Pop. Artists such as Take That, The Script, Kings of Leon, The Fray, Regina Spektor, Scouting for Girls, Coldplay, Ellie Goulding, The Temper Trap, Bon Iver, Kate Nash, Ingrid Michaelson, ... could go on forever and ever :)

Books: The time traveler's wife [Audrey Niffenegger], The history of love [Nicole Krauss], Extremely loud and incredibly close [Jonathan Safran Foer] - so many more!

Movies: The Closer, Amelie, Love...Actually, James Bond, My best friend's wedding
