ABOUT ME

We are three 18 year old girls that enjoy building forts out of sheets, reading palms, and are astoundingly good at guessing zodiac signs.

In addition we enjoy German Romanticism, driving cars, cooking, soup, comfortable socks, reading, theatre, animals, and many many more things.

We are graduating from a performing arts highschool this year(two classical singers, one actor that hates acting). Haha. Ask us how that's going.....

We are trying to get moderately solid in atleast one foreign language. Emily got mad when I said that we speak a tiny amount of French, because she speaks a 'moderate amount.' We're beginners with German and Italian, but we are working on it!

We love animals, and have lots of pets(except Beki ahahaha).

Emily has 2 dogs, 1 cat(which she wanted to enter into a cat-show.)

Jess has 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 horse(which is unfortunately being rehomed in the near future due to college approaching)

We have also owned two fish that died 4 days after we bought them. R.I.P. Tyra Banks and Albus Dumbledore =(

PHILOSOPHY

We believe that it's good for someone to get a little lost.

Which is why we're planning to keep our itinerary pretty loose/nonexistent(but there IS a goat worshipping festival going on in Scotland that is awfully tempting...)

Especially because standing on a street corner, with a map in your hands, screaming, 'PARLE VOUS ANGLAIS' as all the locals laugh at you..well..it never was a bad thing for anyone's ego.

We have an uncanny ability to laugh at things other people will not usually find funny...which can sometimes get us into trouble. We find humor in odd situations, and always get the last laugh, even if it's at our own expense(those are usually the best)

A lot has happened to us this past year, from deaths to immense personal change, to moving to California. This trip is hopefully going to be a bit of a healing process.

This is our first time (potentially) CS'ing. Hopefully, maybe sometime in 2010/2011, atleast one of us will be able to return the hospitality and host in NYC. HOPEFULLY =]

Well, Beki and Emily are all into German romanticism and stuff. But as a group, we listen to everything.

It's practically a reflex now. But my favorite movies are horror movies! The cheesier and gorier the better =P.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Beki just got back from a trip to Guatamala and she helped out a lot of children over there who desperately needed it =].

The most amazing moment of my life happens to be when a friend and I took our horses to a grassy stretch to gallop - it was Spring when all the trees were just budding into white and pink flowers. We were riding without saddles, and had just taken the horses for a swim in the stream, so everyone was soaked. I remember my horse was itching to go, and when I finally let him go, I just leaned forward, grabbed ahold of his mane and hung on for dear life, and everything faded into this wonderful blur of pink and white.

And the most amazing thing Emily's ever done is Sebastian Rivera........=]

We're here to learn, baby.
After 12 consecutive years of school, we're all ready to open up and say that we don't know a damn thing about life and living.

BUT. We do have a variety of skills we would be happy to teach. We can read your palm, we can teach you to sing opera, to act, and if there's any riding stables around we'd love to go out for a ride and can offer some rather helpful pointers =D.

Also, we're remarkably keen on scrapbooking, and we like to cook! So if you would like for us to impart any wisdom pertaining to either of those, we would do so(gladly).

ALSO - if anyone knows anything about taking care of a lobster, please, please, please, message me. It's kind of urgent.
