We would like to travel the world to learn different languages, cultures and foods! We hope to start a family someday and have a land project.

ABOUT ME

We are traveling partners looking for good community, soil and food. Skye has worked on water science, gardening, baking and childcare, and is currently studying midwifery. Weiz has worked on technology, silver-smithing, tattooing, construction and cooking. Together we hope to travel the world and meet all sorts of interesting people and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We operate out of Louisville with a great big community, mostly based out of our collective house. Many have stayed there traveling through, going east to west, north to south, or vise versa. We love what we have been apart of in Louisville and are ready to find more great places!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although we are new to this site, we are no stranger to the hospitality and kind generosity offered to travelers in a new place.

Interests

Skye: midwifery, gardening, plants, birds, baking, playing, swimming, artisania, clarinet, knitting, sewing, and of course travelling!
Weiz: nerding out on computers, ukulele, cooking, making sushi, jewelery making specifically silver smithing, tattooing, fishing, sailing, climbing, talking.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like all kinds of music, Weiz enjoys playing klesmer and gypsy jazz on his ukulele. We like electronic music, punk, pop, rap, bluegrass.. you name it!
We read a lot and like all genres from science fiction to non-fiction to classic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We are very grateful to have seen such beautiful wonders in the AMericas, from the giant trees to both seas. Ask us for some great stories, we love to share them!

Teach, Learn, Share

Weiz is a jack of all trades and loves teaching others about technology, science, history, music, cooking..etc! Skye loves sharing knowledge about flora and fauna and anything that is alive!
