Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've gotten to know couchsurfing as a host and have surfed a few spots.

Music, Movies, and Books

So many! In the world of books, I am a big fan of J.D. Salinger, Barabara Kingsolver, Rumi, tassajara cooking, E.O. Wilson, and so many others.
Musically, nothing beats watching friends make it happen. But when I listen to recorded music, I love Animal Collective, M.I.A., Cocorosie, Devendra Banhart, Beck, Bob Marley, Panda Bear, and all kinds of classics. Anything that makes me feel like dancing is pretty in.

Teach, Learn, Share

Three things I would really enjoy to learn are sewing, more in depth bike maintenance and lotsa dances I don't know yet. I can teach basics of Irish step dancing, making excellent vegan cookies/meals, and keeping things enthusiastic.
