About Me
Friends have been telling me to join CS for ages, so here I am! I'm from the States but I've spend the majority of the past 7 years abroad. I've lived in Ukraine and Thailand, so my Ukrainian and Thai are decent but don't expect any abstract conversations about the meaning of life in those languages :) I'm currently living and teaching in Spain in a beautiful village nestled in the mountains of Andalusia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love getting an authentic experience when I travel to a new location, and I think CS seems like the best way to achieve that.
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Great Expectations, Jane Eyre, The Flanders Panel, The Graveyard Book, and The Solitaire Mystery.
Movies: Roman Holiday, Clueless, the Bourne series, Hot Fuzz, Big Hero 6, Coherence.
Music: I love pretty much all music except pop country or whatever you call the annoying twang that people like Luke Bryan produce. What I listen to depends on my mood, everything from Ella Fitzgerald to Alessio.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ran a half marathon around Angkor Wat in Cambodia, which was pretty amazing.
