My biggest passion so far is photography📷, I love to live fully in the moment especially immersed in nature🌅
I’m originally from Shanghai 🇨🇳 but since graduation in 2022 I started a nomad life. Firstly worked in Vanuatu 🇻🇺 for a year and then working holiday in Australia 🇦🇺 now ( worked in far North Queensland and kakadu Darwin)
I’m in love with this backpacker adventurous lifestyle, couchsurfing is one of the most important part of my backpacker life, I appreciate all the help I’ve received on my way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling to me is not about the geographical tourist attraction but the people you met with, the stories you had connected with the country and culture.
Luckily I met some of the most amazing people in the world from couchsurfing and they inspired my journey, taught me something, made me feel home. Their support and inspiration gradually become a part of me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-I’ve been living aboard after graduation independently for three years now:)
- I learned how to swim (survive) in sea in 2023 in Vanuatu and after a year I feel like a fish and become a scuba diver in Great Barrier Reef 🪸
-I used to be very nerd and seldom did workout but I now fall in love with trekking and hiking life. My most legendary trek is to see an active volcano 🌋 in midnight in a path rarely been explored by tourists. 26 km 3 pm to 3 am through jungle, desert and barbed wires
-I was a suitcaser surviving a volcano ash storm by carrying my suitcase over my head trekking through ash plain and river for hours after a failed hitchhiking.
-I worked in the first and second largest national park in Australia Great Barrier Reef and Kakadu National Park. Living onboard 🛥️and in a very remote outback 🏜️Australia famous of crocodiles 🐊 in wet season is something wild and special.
-I’m talented in language learning and I become one of the organizers in language exchange in Cairns
I didn’t know much about freedom until I walked out of my comfort zone. It empowered me so much to make me believe I can survive anywhere and manage so many things I used to dare to dream.
