Hello :) I'm a 20 year old solo female traveler from the states. Currently getting my degree online so I can travel at the same time. I'm a really happy, positive free soul who loves to make new friends. As soon as I turned 18 I packed a bag, moved out and traveled throughout the United States in a van, doing community service and volunteer work for a year. During this time I discovered the pure bliss of helping others, as well as my passion for traveling. After going from coast to coast I knew that there was more in my heart that needed to be filled, and more places that I needed to see so I saved up, sold everything and left the states in search of something much bigger than myself.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing because I think it's a great way to make new friends and experience different places while traveling. I think that couchsurfing draws a crowd of like-minded young people who most likely have the same passion to see the world... what a better way to meet some beautiful people?

Teach, Learn, Share
I've volunteered in Thailand and Australia so far, and I plan to go to Indonesia in the coming weeks to help out in a school teaching English and working to develop more sustainable rural communities in western Bali. I love having a more cultural exchange when I travel, rather than doing the touristy things everybody else does. I am looking to make new friends, learn about different countries and cultures, share laughs and enjoy a couple brews!!!
