I practised several sports for several years, from different types of martial arts to football and hockey.
Now I like to go to the gym so I can listen to podcasts and music as I watch the strained expressions all around me.

Philip K. Dick is one of my favourite writers, although for quite a while I switched interest from sci-fi to books, documents and sometimes scientific papers regarding ontology and the study of consciousness.
Among the authors I am reading, I can mention David Hawkins, Bernardo Kastrup, Rupert Spira, Peter Levine, and Vivian Dittmar.

Basically the entire Ha Giang loop in northern Vietnam by motorbike in only two days and solo.
