CURRENT MISSION

I am currently on a self-styled sabbatical from my career to spend time away from work. I'm seeking to travel from Cape Town to Cairo during 2019/2020, hoping to meet people, explore new places, workout daily, read tons, and go with the flow (In the previous 5 years I worked a high-pressure job, so this will be new to me!).

ABOUT ME

I'm from Henderson, Nevada which is a suburb of the famed Las Vegas! I lived about 10 minutes from the strip, but don't judge me for it: I think I've lived a fairly normal life so far. BUT, I can definitely show you around Vegas if I'm home.
My favorite activities typically involve being active. I enjoy hiking, trail running, workout classes, yoga, rock climbing, etc. Anyone interested in being active or seeking adventure I typically get along great with! I don't mind the occasional night out or casual drinks, but am not generally a big partier.

I used CS when I traveled in Australia and NZ way back around 2010 and loved the community and experiences that CS granted to me. As I'm heading out on travel again, I'm excited to experience a deeper version of Africa by using CS along the way. :)

Interests

Playing sports, traveling, learning, exploring, playing piano (although not well), ballroom dancing, SCUBA diving, trying to speak Spanish, hanging with friends, riding my motorcycle in the US. I love trying new things and getting the most that I can out of my life. If you have an idea of something new, I surely won't turn it down, I'd love to give it a go.
