About Me
CURRENT MISSION
It's a bit annoying to receive unpersonalized message. Please read the profile before you actually write a request, it at least shows respect to the people who are willing to welcome you to their places, thank you.
ABOUT ME
After few years living in my comfortable hometown, I left to the other side of the world -- Colombia.
Watermelon in Monserrate or Huawei's canteen in Bogota is the best. If you can not sneak your way in Huawei's canteen, go to Monserrate and treat yourself one. Remember, cable car won't lead you to the juicy watermelon, hike up instead :)
Born and raised in a dynamic, restless, mixed cultures, indulged with food and Cantonese-speaking city, mainly I truly heritage all these.
My friends tell me that I am very spontaneous
They also say I am always laughing
My family complains that I never stop escaping from my city
I got touched by those small fragments of life easily
Nonprofit and child education
PHILOSOPHY
Talent is a gift, but kindness is a choice
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host, I surf
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
First Couchsurfed during my trip in USA, was amazed by the honest and helpful friends around. Now since I settle down in Guangzhou I would love to open my place to everyone.
Interests
Movies, music, books...something that's not boring, but if I am bored, boring things seem like another option as well.
Basketball, nothing is better than sport and laughter at the same time.
Shouting out loud in the mountain, aaaahhhhhhh
Have been enjoying live music and outdoor cinema so much. Except, I really don't drink
Oh, ice cream!
Collecting fridge magnets, from all over the world. Receiving postcard.
Sad movies (I am kind of a weirdo)
Last minute changes, and hardly keep my word (it doesn't mean that I am not a good friend, ehh)
Music, Movies, and Books
I read a lot of books, fiction, non-fiction, especially fond of real story books. Sometimes books are better telling a story than movies , but I like movies also.
Documentary helps me to understand the world better, provokes my natural instinct to leave the place I know and explore the unknown world.
Musical performance and classical music can be very relaxing
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch hike with my dad in Sri Lanka(this old man rocks!)
Walking in the dark street in NORTH KOREA, which was absolutely not allowed
Have been to all five continents, again, life is a simple bless
Teach, Learn, Share
I prefer learning than teaching, your crazy stories and adventures are way more interesting than my boring life. Cantonese is my proudest heritage, so I will make you speak my native language, be aware!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I met one of my surfer in three continents within 14 months, couchsurfing brings people closer, be generous to host and you will get your surprise back.
I met another surfer in a Chinese gathering in Bogota Colombia, she remembered me hosting her for one night, that moment was like, what!
