About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Expand my energy and share it with the world in compassion and understanding. I intend to walk this path through meditation, conversation, healthy eating and exercise, and artistic expression. And, of course, a whole lot of laughter.

I'm working as a freelance writer and pursuing a career as a psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist. It's some pretty fascinating stuff and I love to talk about it.

ABOUT ME

I love to travel and meet people from all around the world. The more I travel and converse, the more I see that we are all the same. Talking to others from different backgrounds enlightens you to new perspectives and thus expands your own.
One of the main reasons I travel is to write.
I am a spiritual and philosophical human being, and right now I am quite into meditation. I am working on incorporating physical exercise into my meditation practice, finding myself drawn to a blend of functional training (CrossFit), focused weightlifting, and yoga. It's developing, and I'm always interested in hearing people's training methods, so please enlighten me to your approach!
I've been working on a novel for about three and a half years, albeit at varying degrees of consistency. It's progressing well at this moment. I struggle describing what it's about - my friend described it as "allegorical realism."

PHILOSOPHY

Truth in Simplicity.

Energy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

People have been so kind to me in my travels, going out of their way to share hospitality. I want to give back. I have a nice couch and I want to offer it up to those who need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with people and hosted people. Everything has been overwhelmingly positive.

I write a lot and will continue to write

I meditate and would love to discuss spirituality.

I've also gotten into Floating lately - sensory deprivation tanks. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it.
