ABOUT ME

I never want to stop learning and never want to miss out an opportunity to become a better man. So if you have any interesting knowledge or experiences don't be shy to share it, I can be a good listener! :D I love living healthy (nutrition, movement, getting some sun, healthy sleep, good hygiene). I love socializing and meeting new people. My greatest virtues are courage, truth and honesty. I love to read and write or scribble as I call it about topics that interest me which include science, health, psychology and physiology, biology and evolution, relationships, mostly very pragmatic topics. I cook practically every day and I eat a whole food diet, I have also worked in a kitchen of 4 and 5 star hotels and was told to be a good chef although I can't confirm this. But if i have to choose between good flavor and unhealthy food and any healthy food I will always choose the healthy foods. I used to lecture about nutrition so if you are curious about improving your health, longevity from a scientific perspective feel free to ask me anything. I love music, I can play the guitar and i love to dance. I love being in motion it doesn't matter what kind but I prefer to be outside - climbing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, snowboarding, cycling, swimming, running... as longest I'm in motion - I'm happy :)

Be positive! There are no problems, there are just situations and your negative attitude to a certain situation makes it a problem!
If there ain't no groove the body can't move!

I'm a surfer and a hoster, enjoying both sides of one of the best projects ever made. Although so far my experiences were mostly hosting people. I also love to share my knowledge about the world and try my best to learn from others.

Well... If you have problems with your computer, I can probably fix them, I also know a lot about music, cooking, health and science. I'm also interested in world problems, such us the environment, politics, people and animals rights, any thoughts and ideas that would make this world a better place for us and the future generations... so i love to talk and learn about this topics.
