I live and work in Denver. I live with 3 roommates, my cat Sofie, 7 chickens, and a garden. A lot of the work I do is on political campaigns and organizing around progressive politics.

I travel for a few reasons. Partly to have fun, partly out of general undirected curiosity, and partly to see how people live in other places and to think about how to incorporate those ideas into American life.

As a guest, I like to interact but am comfortable being independent. I'm friendly and easygoing.I like having food and drinks with people. I can sleep easily in uncomfortable places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel, it's more important to me see real everyday life in another place than it is to see monuments and historical places. I think staying with people on CS is a better way to make that happen when compared to the alternatives.
